Curious where this opportunity can lead?
Read the inspiring story of Lori Diaz, one of our Health Center Managers:
"I started in our Community Health Centers as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2004. I have had many opportunities to learn new responsibilities, take on challenges, and grow professionally & personally. After a couple of years working in direct patient care as a Medical Assistant, I transitioned into the role of Lead Medical Assistant and was a population health and referral coordinator as well as a School Based Health Center Coordinator for our two School Based clinics. A few years later, I was presented with an opportunity to transition into a Training Coordinator role and really enjoyed supporting my peers in learning and contributing to their professional growth while at the same time enhancing my own. I am now one of our Health Center Program Managers and get to work with and support two amazing care teams who serve two of our more rural communities in the county. It has been a privilege to be able to grow with Benton County and I look forward to helping others in their healthcare career journeys."
