What you will have an opportunity to do: We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team! The Reservation team plays an integral role in ensuring that each of our guests has an exceptional experience while planning their visit. They are responsible for creating a positive guest interaction that will build the guests anticipation for their upcoming visit by scheduling their visit and educating guests about amenities and hotel offerings. Base pay plus commission! What are we looking for? Sales experience preferred. 2 years of customer service experience. Phone customer service experience preferred. Previous hotel or resort experience preferred. Typing and computer skills needed, and ability to multitask by taking information and putting into a database. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
