Provide leadership to all Finance Department crew, overseeing A/P, A/R, GL, Credit, Collections, Audit, Cash Controls, Inventory control, Payroll, and P&L preparation and analysis. 2. Prepare and file all required state and local tax returns, including Sales and Use, and Occupancy taxes. 3. Maintain all current licenses and permits for business, vehicle, operations, and various others. 4. Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. 5. Interview job candidates and assist DOF in hiring decisions. 6. Prepare and deliver Crew performance appraisals. 7. Participate in food and beverage inventory counts as prescribed in the SOP. 8. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. 9. Perform any other job related duties as assigned. 10. Assisting Director of Finance with special projects and all other operational issues for department as needed. What you will have an opportunity to do: Four year Accounting, Business, or Finance Degree desired. Requires 2-3 years Hotel/Hospitality related accounting experience and 5 years general accounting experience. Must have strong communication skills with all guests and co-workers. Strong Excel skills required. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods of times. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds. What are we looking for?
