Position Summary Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (BI Developer) as part of a growing Analytics Team. As a BI Developer, you will use your experience to work with cross-functional teams to collaborate on analytical requirements and help bring ideas to life through meaningful reporting and visually stunning dashboards. The ideal candidate will design and develop analytical solutions through Microsoft Power BI. What You Will Do · Collaborate with members of the business on design and deliverables. · Partner with cross-functional teams on delivering project milestones. · Use your business acumen to help translate business needs into analytical solutions. · Work with Data Architect as well as other members of the Analytics Team, to bring data into actionable insights. · Aide Sr. BI Developer and other members of the Analytics Team in managing the analytic tools and business intelligence offerings. · Use Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools to create reports, dashboards, and visuals from a wide array of data sources. · Design visually appealing UX/UI using Power BI visuals. What You Will Need · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and work experience. · Experience with creating visually stunning reports, dashboards, and analysis including implementing UX/UI best practices. · Experience using Power BI. · Power BI certification is most welcomed. · Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and supporting production databases. · Knowledge of analytical tools (IBM Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus. · Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform can be very useful. · Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate various technologies available to solve business problems. · Positive attitude, uncompromising ethical standards, and a high-energy mission focus that will motivate others toward higher levels of performance. · Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Physical Requirements: · Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. · Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. · Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
