BELL MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Property Manager Near Dunnegan, MO

Bell Management is looking to hire a property manager.

A property manager's duties include:

  • Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
  • Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
  • Contracting with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.
  • Accomplishing financial objectives by collecting rent and fees.
  • Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
  • Maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
  • Enforcing occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Managing maintenance staff.
  • Managing maintenance expenses closely.

Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
