Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn how the owners can function best when spending time at their highest and best use, and what those priorities are.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance.
  • Communicate directly, on behalf of the owners, with other leaders, staff, customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure what needs to get done gets done right.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously.
  • Plan and complete all projects assigned on time, with desired results.
  • Prepare all materials for meetings, speaking engagements, and other events.
  • Assure that all necessary information the owners need is documented, and proper communications are made.
  • Keep owner well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities with appropriate follow-up.
  • Perform certain jobs that the owners can't do when there are deadlines or time constraints.
  • Successfully completes any other tasks that facilitate the owners' ability to effectively lead the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant serving a business owner/executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Off-the-chart organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly intuitive and operates with an eye on the future.
  • Skilled at building professional relationships.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural decision maker and independent thinker.
  • Familiarity with a variety of technology (Office Suite, CRM, ATS, PM) and desire to learn more.
  • Polished presentation abilities and desire to make everything look impressive
  • Commitment to growth & learning and an avid goal-setter
  • Can prioritize a diverse workload skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
