Job Summary:

Belden#s HR Specialist operates as the main local contact for Benefits and Leave Administration and works closely with Belden#s corporate benefits team. You#ll partner with our local managers, supervisors, and associates to enhance communication and engagement. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and will work from our Richmond Plant.Responsibilities:

You will make an impact in the following way:

Provide excellent service to all internal and external customers
Respond promptly to requests from associates, supervisors, or managers
Build relationships with the Corporate Benefits team as well as plant associates

Required Skills and Experience

What you will bring:

Education - Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Experience - Two years of working experience in HR (Manufacturing preferred)
Customers Define our Success - Customer Service experience with knowledge of internal and external customers
