Job Title: PC Support Coordinator

Location: 14300 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92616

Duration: 06 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm)

Pay Rate: $26.50/hr.

Shift Time: 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

·Provides technical support to increase computer user and system efficiency.

·Investigates and resolves computer user support requirements by answering questions about hardware and software.

·Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users.

· Assisting the Service Desk by answering phones and generating tickets.

The PC Support Coordinator will be assisting the Global Service Desk by answering phones and generating tickets.

Education and Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in related field

·3-4 years related experience

·Windows 10 experience

Skills and Knowledge:

·Considerable knowledge and understanding of personal computer operations including networks (local and wide area), office application software packages, email, and PC operating systems.

·Ability to apply advanced skills in area of specialization.

·Ability to implement and effectively apply continuous improvement methods.

·Ability to adapt procedures, techniques, and/or processes to meet special needs.

·Ability to work on assignments that are complex where considerable judgement and initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

·Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously through prioritization, impact analysis, and recognition of skill levels required to complete the assignments.

·Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to other personnel.

·Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

·Ability to respond to inquiries and to effectively communicate and present information.

·Must have good customer service and telephone skills. Must be able to work with other team members both locally and remote.

·Must have flexible work hours, if needed.
