About the Position:

At PlanOmatic, our clients come first. We are looking for a dedicated, relationship focused Client Success Manager to join our team to help us transform the way the property management industry approaches leasing photos. You'll play a key role in helping to shape our approach to Client Success in this market that we are entering.

You'll be in the field, working with property managers to elevate their portfolio through a high-quality, automated leasing photo process. You'll have the opportunity to become a valued member of this industry, creating genuine relationships and guiding our clients through PlanOmatic's products and services, such as photos, floor plans, and 3D - automated, from start to finish.

This is a field sales opportunity based out of a personal home office with a minimum of 33% travel around the Southeast Region required . This individual must reside in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, or Alabama.

Reports to: Director of Client Success & Operations

Role Description & Responsibilities |
  • Client Success Experience - You have at least 2 years in sales, account management, or CS in a B2B company. You're a top performer, having had previous experience growing your book of business, demonstrating a sharp sales acumen and impeccable communication skills. Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management Companies is a plus. Experience leveraging a CRM and sales tools such as Hubspot and Outreach is preferred.
  • Account Growth - You will dive into existing account base to find opportunities to maximize revenue in your book-of-business. You'll also be bringing in revenue from accounts that come to us organically, independent of sales, using automation.
  • Account Management - You'll manage all key relationships within your book of business. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries & concerns promptly. You'll be working with clients to ensure they are leveraging PlanOmatic effectively by demonstrating the value that our services provide and recognizing opportunities for expansion. You'll take a proactive approach to account management by becoming familiar with client needs and objectives.
  • Travel & Industry Events - You'll often manage these client relationships face-to-face. You'll be attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and further our relationship with these clients. Travel, at minimum, ~ 33% of the time.
  • Account Activity - You'll work closely with Sales to successfully execute the handoff from Sales to Client Success with an organized & efficient onboarding process. You'll maintain a regular communication cadence with your client base, knowing that the type & frequency of touchpoint may vary depending on client size.
  • Conducting Demos - You will conduct demos of our product and offerings to prospective clients, demonstrating value with the overall goal of gaining new business.
  • PlanOmatic SME - You'll be a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic's products and services, ensuring that you are regularly up to speed on new product & feature rollouts - all while becoming an expert in our industry.
  • Client Centricity - You'll be a client advocate, focused on capturing client feedback and communicating requests to all relevant cross-departmental stakeholders. You'll regularly observe and understand how our clients are using PlanOmatic, identifying areas of improvement and communicating feedback to teams internally. You are the voice of the client.
  • Collections - You will work with the Finance team to assist with the remediation of past due balances.
  • Brand Advocacy & Reputation Building - You'll be acting as a strong PlanOmatic brand advocate, furthering and building upon our reputation with our clients and within our industry.
  • Innovation & Workflow Automation - The concept of making processes more streamlined is something you're used to. If you see that something can improve, you advocate for it.
  • Metric Centric Focus - Through your experience in sales, you've cultivated a metric-obsessed mindset. You exemplify and champion the habit of consistent tracking, analyzing, and leveraging of key performance indicators to keep your account management operating smoothly and provide cross-functional partners with visibility into the sales pipeline.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute call with Head of People
  • 1-hour interview with Director of Client Success
  • 30-minute interview with Senior Client Success Manager
  • 1-hour Demo with Founder & Revenue Leader, CEO, Director of Client Success, and Head of People
    • First half - Case Study Presentation
    • Second half - Q&A

Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position falls between $60,000 - $70,000 with starting OTE falling around $85,000 - $100,000 with the opportunity to overachieve . For the first ~ 6 months of this role, there is opportunity for additional compensation for new business brought in while we prepare for GTM.

Final offer amounts are commensurate with prior experience, leveling, your specific skill set and may vary from the amount above.
