Behviaor Management Foundation, Inc. is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Alpaugh, CA

Behavior Management Foundation, Inc. is currently looking to fill Behavior Technician roles in Modesto and the surrounding areas. Training will be paid at minimum wage for behavior technicians. This job entails working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

If you have a RBT Credential, Bachelor's degree or higher, many roles available!!! These offer higher pay and more responsibilities.

Previous experience is desired! However, if you are outgoing, fun, patient, and have a desire to change the lives of the people you serve, this could be the job for you. We can guarantee that you will be scheduled at least 20 hours a week, and staff should be willing to work evenings and weekends. Typical shift times fall between the hours of 3pm-715pm, and all staff members are required to be available during these times, Additionally, we do staff shifts between the hours hours of 8:00am-8:00pm if staff are available in addition to the 3-715pm shifts. Starting pay ranges for a behavior technician is $19-$22 per hour depending on experience including a $2 differential now paid to all shifts worked in Stockton, Lodi, Tracy, and Manteca (Staff must be fully available during the 3-7:15pm time to qualify for the differential), and Minimum wage during training. If you are looking to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), free supervision is offered as well.

Requirements for a behavior technician: Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, DMV printout of driving record, and if hired complete a live scan fingerprint background check and have a current clear TB test.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
