Behr Beijing Paint Company Ltd is Hiring a Sales Supervisor Near China, TX
Scope/Summary Recruit and develop distributor and achieve sales target in assigned areas; Assist distributor to grow up business through retail excellence, sub-dealer channel and deco development; Strictly follow and execute Sales Management Process to realize sales excellence; Other duties may be assigned as required. Essential Functions 1 Recruit distributor in assigned areas by following distributor recruitment procedure, currently including market sweeping, initial contact, evaluation, in future may extend to next two steps of negotiation and signing contract; 2 Assist distributor to open our branded store in assigned areas by following standard store opening procedure, including: Support distributor store location selection; Store location confirmation; Preparation and cooperation for store build up; Place first order; Store merchandising installation (including product display, POSM, retail sales tool); Support store staff training; Coordinate distributor store opening event supported by marketing team. 3 Support distributor to develop and management Sub-Dealer (SD) business supported by marketing team, including: Support distributor to recruit and sign contract with SD; Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s distributor channel development strategy and process; Set up target SD and the timeline of approaching; Support distributor to conduct SD’s seminar & training; Support SD’s promotion activity; Identify SD’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitors supported by marketing team; Push and monitor SD development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis. 4 Distributor and SD store visit according to weekly sales plan, including: Check store merchandising and inventory; Implement and monitor promotion activity; Manage store sales order; Collect store sales data; Train and coach store sales staff; Support painter seminar and training program; Coordinate customer service and technical support to handle customer complaint per distributor’s request; Store sales improvement plan. 5 Support distributor to develop and maintain Deco firm business supported by marketing team, including: Support distributor to recruit and sign contract with Deco firm; Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s Deco channel development strategy and process; Set up target Deco firms (middle – large, middle end – high end) and the time line of approaching; Support distributor to conduct Deco designer and painter’s seminar and training; Support Deco firm promotion activity; Identify Deco firm’s needs and work out solution to switch customer from competitors supported by marketing team; Push and monitor deco development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis; Obtain and analyze competitor’s information, way of approaching, price structure and support. 6 Support distributor to build up and develop outreach program, including: Build up and maintain painter, contractor and designer’s network; Execution together with distributor according to Behr’s outreach program development strategy and process; Set up target of business area surround Behr branded store and target painter, contractor and designer; Support distributor to conduct painter, contractor and designer’s seminar and training; Support distributor’s promotion activity in block; Push and monitor outreach program development progress, review development and sales performance on monthly basis; Obtain and analyze competitor’s information and activities in the market. 7 Submit weekly / monthly sales call report and sales forecast to have internal weekly / monthly sales review with Regional Sales Manager, and, to have monthly sales review with distributor. Job Qualifications College graduate in business or science discipline To have solid marketing knowledge More than execution (not a doer doing what’s asked to do), can stand at a certain height to think about how to drive sales in a benign way, Strong Logical and fast thinking, strong business analytical capability and sensitive to industry news Industrial experience – ideally paint industry, at least architectural material. Have a hardworking spirit, focusing and dedication Highly ethical person following business conduct Have good communication skills and customer relationship maintain capability - high EQ Have strong psychological endurance and can work under high pressure Have a firm self-confidence, never give up To be innovative, like and adapt to change To be passionate about your Brand and products Know your products, understand your products, and find unique selling points and values. Other Requirements Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
