The Installation Technician is an essential partner in our business. As you work in our client’s homes, you become the trusted provider of window treatment solutions from start to finish. You will install, troubleshoot, and devise solutions for sophisticated installations of high-end interior window treatments.

**This is a full-time, W-2 position.

• You have on-the-job experience using power tools
• You have in-home installation and carpentry experience
• You enjoy talking with customers to provide solutions for their window-covering issues - upselling to technology and other components

• You know how to think on your feet and have excellent problem-solving skills
• You are a fast learner and love to jump in and learn new things

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3 years of on-the-job experience as a carpenter, installer, or similar
• Clean driving record and valid PA or NJ Driver’s License
• The ability to pivot and problem-solve when things don’t go to plan
• Ability to raise standards and improve processes with meticulous execution
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
