Behavioral Systems Southwest, Inc.- Phoenix Residential Reentry Center is looking for a security staff to work in our residential program. Job duties include, but are not limited to population counts, urinalysis testing, searches, accountability/movement control in and out of program, life safety, etc.
The goal of the security staff is to protect the health, safety and welfare of all residents by following determined policies, procedures and protocols.
What is Required:
Must possess excellent written, verbal communication skills, along with the ability to be organized and multi-task. Must be able to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background investigation. Must have clear DMV and present a 3 year DMV printout at the time the application is filed. The candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
This is a 24 hour, 7 day per week, 365 day per year program that never closes. Candidates must be able to work shift work - graveyard/swing shifts, weekends and holidays.
