JOB DESCRIPTION: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s payroll process runs smoothly, ensuring that hours worked are reviewed and issues resolved, employees are paid correctly and on time. The ideal candidate should have understanding of FLSA and DOL regulations (minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, calculation of wages, meal and rest break). Have excellent communication skills and be available to assist employees who experience problems with their pay. The ideal candidate should be self-starter, detailed-oriented, organized, and have good numerical skills.
