Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches, a proud addition to Banyan Treatment Centers, is recruiting for a full-time Case Manager to join our treatment team in Lake Worth, Florida.

Schedules Available:

• 8:30 am-5 pm, scheduled days would be developed with Management.

The Case Manager is responsible for performing a wide variety of client care activities as directed by the Executive and Clinical Director. He/she collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, assists in coordinating discharge planning, provides support to clients and Clinical Team, and communication with the referral source and other services provided as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree and/or 1-3 years work experience in the field of behavioral or mental health.
• Experience with EMR (KIPU) and Salesforce is strongly preferred but not required.
