About the Position:

You will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels including email, mobile push, on-device, web, and more. You will be focused on setting up the email marketing strategy, cadence, personalization and dynamic content approach, customer experience flow, A/B testing, creative development, channel delivery and campaign integration. You will also be responsible for results learning- and strategy optimization recommendations. You will have a strong foundation in CRM marketing, a customer focused approach, and most importantly, a strong can-do attitude that makes you comfortable working in an environment that is fast paced, dynamic, and encourages autonomy. Ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Klaviyo, and be responsible to create, test, execute and analyze workflows, nurture customers, improve retention, increase e-commerce sales, and generate future leads.

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

  • Create and manage email marketing calendar
  • Responsible for generating strategies to increase our CRM database; enhance our email list and targeting with rich segmentation data
  • Create and test audience segments, lists and workflows
  • Assist in growth and optimization of current email and SMS programs
  • Collaborate with creative to develop best-in-class flows and email campaigns, inclusive of promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product releases that are aligned with overall marketing campaign calendar
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis as part of campaign planning process
    • Generate briefs for the production of creative and copy assets for emails
  • Direct responsibility for execution of email operations including coding and scheduling of emails
  • Actively conducts tests on lifecycle flows and journeys, reviews performance to identify optimizations, and iterates.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, content, creative) to provide strategic recommendations from internal learnings, external best practices and data
  • Support B2b organization with the deployment of retail marketing emails
  • Monitor deliverability
  • Create and maintain reports to track campaign performance
  • Clerical and administrative duties related to essentials functions of job
  • Assists with other duties and projects as requested by management

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED and College degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo; CRM knowledge and integrations with marketing automation tools
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms, Magento a plus
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing (or related field) preferred though relevant work experience is acceptable
  • 5 years Digital Marketing
  • 3 years hands on Email Marketing and Automation
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
