The Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center (BSFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves all of the primary health care needs of families in the heart of North and Central Brooklyn for over 40 years. SUMMARY:
Assist the President/CEO in providing leadership, direction and administration of facility operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives.
The COO primary objective is to manage construction project for new sites from obtaining Certificate of Operation, leases to in depth understanding and review of the Contract Documents and Contractor Scopes of Work, reading blueprints and doing takeoffs from blue prints and ensure all financial aspects of the job inclusive of: Budget, Contracts, Monthly Billing, Change orders, and Anticipated Cost Reports. All projects must meet state, city and funder’s requirements
