SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

Hours: Full-time or Part-Time available

Location: Beddy’s offices; 5491 W Hammerfest Way, Ste 201, South Jordan, UT

Pay: Dependent upon experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end users and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, reporting, dashboards, customizations and integrations.
• Gain a full, technical understanding of each department and their needs and processes within NetSuite
• Work with business stakeholders to understand, support, prioritize, implement, test, optimize and document ERP related business processes, requirements, and architectures.
• Work on data validation, endpoint monitoring, and sandbox application testing.
• Thoughtfully create custom records, forms, and fields while keeping the entire business in mind
• Work with third party apps and understand their function
• Research, identify, test, and implement software, apps, data, and hardware needs of the company
• Systems documentation creation and maintenance
• Help manage projects while serving as an individual contributor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1-2 years working within various systems with a good understanding of how systems integrate with each other
• Understanding of general business and information technology processes
• Experience with reporting and analyzing data

• Ability to communicate technical details effectively

• Extremely detail oriented and well organized

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary

• Ability to accurately track and manage time

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a necessity
