Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Understand menu components, ingredients and perform food preparation functions as instructed.
- Preparing products to specifications to ensure fresh and ready products are always available for sale.
- Assure food products are maintained and stored properly.
- Continuously monitor inventory and supplies to assure areas are well-stocked.
- Routinely check sell-by dates and assure fresh and saleable products are maintained at all times.
- Assure that equipment and deli facilities are clean and up to company and state and local regulatory standards.
