In This Role You Will:

• Manage Live Event Details
• Research market venues and event spaces
• Secure venue and negotiate contracts
• Prepare detail deck for each event
• See all required branding, swag, product is on site for set up
• Create Eventbrite links and manage attendance 
• Coordinate with all stakeholders and communicate progress, needs and roadblocks
• Coordinate with consultant speakers when needed
• Enter all paper leads into spreadsheets after events 
• Assist onsite for set up and execution when needed
• Manage team Projects
• Enter all projects into project board and assist with tracking
• Liason between channels to assure deadlines are met
• Submit creative briefs when needed
• Coordinate travel schedules for event presenters 
• Represent Acquisition team on/in meetings when needed
• Schedule team meetings and record notes
• Provide clerical support for all Acquisition initiatives  

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel & Keynote
• Work well in fast paced environment
• Creative, Problem solver, Collaborative, Organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy “get it done” attitude
• Forward thinker
• Efficient use of time
• Easily adaptable to both defined processes and pivots
• Can effectively communicate needs and roadblocks in a positive manner
