Part time RN/LPN– Wellness Center (Outpatient Department)

SIGN ON BONUS $2,500.00 for PT RNs and $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PT LPNsEligible for Tuition Reimbursement, Scholarship, Student Loan Pay Down programs, EAP and 403B. 

We are looking for a Part Time RN/LPN for our Wellness Center; small outpatient office setting located in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community)

Responsibilities: Coordinates care of independent living residents.

Specifically, this person will:
Be responsible for coordinating, providing, and assisting in providing comprehensive quality patient care. Provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, referral and follow up as appropriate to the needs and health conditions of patients served. Maintains clinical and professional competency, promotes safe environment and performs all job responsibilities in safe manner.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license
• 1 years experience in the long term care field preferred
• Experience with the geriatric population
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work an occasional Saturday and Sunday day shift
• Eligible to work in the US(We use E-verify)
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination
