Operations Manager - Turf and Irrigation Department
Beary Landscape Management Inc. is seeking a full-time year-round Operations Manager to manage its Turf application and Irrigation operations in the Northern Chicagoland suburbs.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and managing Field employees
- Maintaining schedules, routing, and planning work
- Inventory control
- Working closely with Account Management team
- Working directly with clients
Required:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1 year of management experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Maintain a positive and safe environment for employees
- Results-oriented
- Great attitude with a desire for growth
- Desire for Safety
- Understand and follow directions from Division Manager
Preferred:
- 1 year experience in Turf management
- Possess or can obtain an Applicator Turf License
- Be a team player
