Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions,
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, Ability to build rapport with clients, Ability to prioritize and multitask,
- Having a positive and professional demeanor,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation. (This is an in-office position only)
- PREVIOUS experience in customer service, office, call center, or other related fields is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.

- Ability to hear in a room full of other Calls/Ambient noise/etc.
