Benefits: Take weekends off! Work days are Monday-Friday, 8:45AM - 4:45PM Hourly $20-$27 Weekly bonuses!!!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions,
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, Ability to build rapport with clients, Ability to prioritize and multitask,
  • Having a positive and professional demeanor,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation. (This is an in-office position only)
  • PREVIOUS experience in customer service, office, call center, or other related fields is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.

  • Ability to hear in a room full of other Calls/Ambient noise/etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills over the phone. Ability to sit for long periods of time (Desk Position).
  • Must have reliable transportation (This is an in-office position only).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls

  • Advertising products/services
  • Document and update customer records based on inbound phone interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services​​​​
