Preferred:

• At least a high school diploma or exceptional high school student, preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with Quickbooks
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience working as an office assistant, bookkeeper, personal assistant, or similar job
• Interest in proactive problem-solving
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team and individual environment
• Cooperative attitude
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Reference from former employers, or others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
