**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Retail Experience Specialist will assist the store leadership and sales staff in ensuring that every customer has a world class experience with GoWireless. They will also assist in greeting or finalizing sales interactions for the sales staff so they may assist other customers more quickly. Other duties may be assigned by store leadership to ensure an outstanding experience. To be successful, the Retail Experience Specialist should be great at communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for registering customers as they come into the store, provide general information, troubleshooting and monitor the store flow. This is a non-commissioned position but is eligible for a bonus based on the overall performance of the assigned retail store.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**

* Provide consistent excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

* Enthusiastically greet customers and check them in based on needs

* Basic troubleshooting of wireless devices, setting up phone features, apps, voicemail, e-mail, and data transfers

* Answering general billing questions

* Direct customers, familiarize customers with store layout and available resources

* Assist/Process curbside pickups, in-store pickups, returns & exchanges

* CRM activities including customer follow up, in and outbound calling, appointment scheduling for sales staff

* Manage wait times and customer expectations to help monitor store flow

* Prepare and process sales through GoWireless POS systems

* Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels and stock the sales floor

* Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance

* Conducting opening and closing duties, often alone

* Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures

* Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager

* This position may cover more than one retail location

**Minimum Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis while maintaining operations within a retail store environment

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment

* Self-motivation, as well as the ability to work in a team environment

* Professional appearance and the ability to work early evenings and weekends

**Physical Requirements:**

* Extended periods of time standing

* Lifting up to 50 pounds

* Occasional bending, stooping, pulling

* Repetitive motion tasks while doing computer work

* Exposure to active wireless equipment, signals, and transmissions
