As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating print and digital experiences to train consumer-focused sales teams. You will be responsible for creating assets to be used in marketing & retail training for print, digital, and mobile.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create graphic layouts, templates, and other assets for print and online media (web-ready assets that can be deployed to a portal or an app) and marketing materials
• Work closely with subject-matter-experts
• Attend project meetings and manage project hours
• Recommend and produce graphical improvements
• Respond in a timely manner to all concerns that might arise during projects
• Other tasks as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

• A degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent subject
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in PowerPoint 2007 and 2010, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite CS6 or newer, with a focus on InDesign and Photoshop

Skills and Attributes:

• Knowledge of industry-standard software with an emphasis on Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of instructional design and/or involvement in the development of training materials preferred
• Knowledge of HTML preferred
• Proven experience creating basic graphic layouts, templates, and digital images
• Versatile in working with both Mac and PC computers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, management, and all points of the organization
