BDR Solutions is Hiring a Remote Business Process Engineer
BDR Solutions, LLC, (BDR) supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving their mission and goals. Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.
BDR is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our growing team! This position may be performed remotely supporting EST time zone schedule but there is a strong preference for applicants in the San Antonio, TX or Washington, DC areas.
This position requires US Citizenship with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Role Overview
BDR is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Process Engineer with 5 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of diverse, enterprise-wide processes and application systems for a Department of Veterans Affairs program.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design study process
- Conduct studies in support of system redesign and business process reengineering, improvement, and management
- Develop implementation plans
- Support the process of implementing and sustaining improvements
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Active Public Trust or ability to get one
- 5 years of Project Management experience in support of the Federal Government
- 5 years of experience with business process engineering best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Familiarity with VA claims processing
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
