BDA is Hiring an Office Manager Near Woodinville, WA

Overview

The Office Manager will embody and influence BDA company values, and act as an ambassador for our people – building on strong relationships to provide an exceptional employee experience. This person will also have a strong understanding of the importance of brand consistency and how attention to details plays a role in building overall company environment satisfaction. This position will drive new ideas on employee engagement while maintaining and continuously improving the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate office in Woodinville, WA to ensure employees have a productive work environment.
  • Act as primary point of contact with office landlord and manage necessary building maintenance.
  • Assist Employee Experience Director with event coordination, including, planning, prep, day-of-coordination, and clean-up.
  • Review and approve all office equipment requests and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure remote offices and remote home office employees have tools and equipment necessary for optimal remote working environment.
  • Assist with new hire support, including, desk set-up, partnering with the IT Help Desk to ensure new hire is properly set-up for their first day (in-office and remote locations).
  • Manage all aspects of the office space/infrastructure planning (moves, new employees, changes to workstations) and provide knowledgeable answers, resources, and solutions as requested.
  • Maintain phone coverage and general welcoming of customers at front desk in the absence of receptionist.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors.
  • Manage receptionist(s) duties and ensure overall employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact, keeping management informed of any relevant information that pertains to the building.
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, events, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and active employee list.
  • Assist in the ideation and execution of multiple employee recognition events throughout the year.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of office management experience required
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience developing internal processes/systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
