In an effort to provide a best-in-class customer experience, BD Peripheral Intervention is transforming the way they market digitally to drive increased value across the customer lifecycle.
BD is looking for a highly-motivated Digital Content Specialist to join the US BD Peripheral Intervention Marketing Team. This role is integral to our digital transformation efforts on a regional level, and accountable for ensuring the business meets short- and long-term digital and commercial goals through the creation of digital content, analysis of key performance indicators on various digital channels, expansion of our demand generation efforts, and through the enablement of sales to meet digital-first customer demands.
Responsibilities:
Analyze campaign data to drive nurture target segments through the customer lifecycle; orchestrated across channels
Build relationships with local and corporate Marketing teams
Drive continuous improvement of business performance through benchmarking and implementation of new and creative strategies that adapt to a changing competitive landscape and drives digital customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders across a matrixed organization and highly regulated environment to drive successful strategy execution
Create digital content and coordinate full execution of campaigns on various platforms with the ability to analyze and provide optimization opportunities to management
Align, organize, and manage cross-functional projects comprised of product and campaign marketing teams, regional teams, designers, content teams, compliance, IT and QA resources for web initiatives
Drives customer-centric service delivery, quality production, and optimization for impact and efficiency
Support of ideation, development, analysis, and optimization for digital marketing campaigns
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in marketing preferred
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
Digital, technical background, experience working with marketing analytics, reporting best practices, pixel tracking systems, 3rd party technologies/agencies and requirements gathering
Knowledge of lead attribution, qualification and scoring lead funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion) using CRM such as Salesforce.com
Knowledge of data collecting systems such as Datorama, Tableau and/or PowerBI
Strategic thinker who faces challenges with tenacity and an open and positive attitude toward problem solving
Solid writing skills and experience creating digital content
Experience working with CMS (content management systems)
Experience running paid digital ads on Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Highly organized and agile, with strong project management skills
Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and team collaboration
Preferred qualifications:
Self-motivated hands-on executor
Thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment that challenges your creativity and analytical abilities
Customer-focused with a background in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or diagnostics
Expertise in cross-channel program execution, management, and optimization
