BCMC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a sustainment of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program. This position is a remote; however, do require the candidate to travel within 50 miles of Ft Meade, MD for occasional meetings. This is a contingent position dependent on a contract award.

This program is to support the operations and sustainment of existing PKI Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) code; requirement analysis and definition; procurement; IA analysis; Risk Management Framework (RMF) support; integration of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products and services; quality assurance/system evaluation; developmental testing; installation support; documentation; operational reporting and monitoring; and system performance analysis to improve and expand DISA PKI system on Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) utilized networks to include Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET).

Must be US Citizen with at least active DoD/Active SECRET security clearance.

Work Hours:: 7a-4p Monday – Friday, except eleven (11) Government Holidays

 Minimum Required Qualifications:
 8 years of relevant work experience in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
 3 years of experience managing PKI sustainment or related operations
 Experience with leading teams and managing web applications
 3 years’ experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and
requirements gathering abilities.
 Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suites

Specific Duties:
 Will have full authority to act on all contract matters relating to daily operation.
 Will be available during normal business hours; Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the
government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
 Providing project management planning, guidance, oversight, control and technical guidance for PKI
operations and accountability. Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of deliverables.
 Coordinating the assembly of project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing
schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Individuals assigned to this task must be familiar with
the systems scope and projects objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order
to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Responsible for team morale, productivity,
cohesiveness, and effectiveness.
 Communicating, formally and informally, with senior managers, functional area managers, and
stakeholders regarding the status of specific projects.
 Providing functional management responsibilities for project team members. Providing performance
feedback to functional managers in matrixes situations.
 All contract deliverables will be reviewed and approved prior to submission by the Government.
