Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers and targeted prospects. This position will drive new business in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage all sales activities within assigned territory including client development, multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaigns.
· Drive value creation via BC Wood Products offered programs with customers.
· Create new business target list for a specific geographic area.
· Understand and support the entire Sales process from price sheet submissions to new customer orders.
· Develop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth.
· Conduct Sales calls and emails to existing and potential customers to grow revenue.
· Identify customer profitability opportunities within assigned territory.
· Update customer contact list in SAP CRM.
· Submit monthly sales reports as required.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3 to 5 years of work experience.
· Outside Packaging or Supply Chain Sales experience required.
· Strong customer relationship and account management experience.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills.
· Effective selling and negotiation skills.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
