Job Description

EIS is looking for a Journalist to support of the Joint Munitions Commands Public and Congressional Affairs Office by providing timely, accurate, appealing and professional command and public information products at the direction of the  JMC Commander, satisfying the Command’s fast-paced and diverse requirement to inform its audiences. Candidate will perform the following tasks: - Shall develop, write, edit, and publish HQs and installation articles on behalf of JMC PAO. - Will coordinate with command elements and installations to research the assigned topic and obtain quotes. - Will work with command and installation photographers to obtain article photographs for each article. - Will write cutlines to accompany the photos and articles. - Will create writing projects with approved software to ensure conformance to approved standards. Incorporating    the correct branding. - Be able to meet strict deadlines.
