Description

We are seeking a driven, motivated Certified General Appraiser capable of completing high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or be near completion of obtaining licensure. The Senior Appraiser should possess appraisal technical competency/proficiency of: Office, Multi-Family, Industrial, Retail, Special purpose property types. It is preferred the Senior Appraiser should also have experience with a diverse set of appraisal uses, including Transactional / Financing, Property Tax Appeal, Estate Tax / Gift / Planning, ASC 820, HUD & Agency Multi-Family and CMBS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• MAI designation or Candidate a plus.
• Existing client management
• Completion of appraisal assignments
• New client business development preferred
• Expert witness testimony and deposition experience preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access
• Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
• Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
