Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, onboarding & offboarding, and performance management as well as providing some accounting and finance support to bb7’s business operations. This generalist role works closely with the VP of Finance & Operations to ensure all HR & accounting laws, regulations, and compliance requirements are met while also recommending & implementing process improvements and best practices. The HR Manager collaborates with all departments & roles across the organization to support employee engagement, financial goals, and overall company success.
