Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
- Issue insurance documentation, update account information, and assist with payments.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
- Educate and advise clients.
Requirements
- 1 years customer service experience. Insurance experience is a plus!
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
