Baymont Inn & Suites Detroit Airport Romulus is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Romulus, MI
The Baymont by Wyndham at Detroit Metro Airport, professionally managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is currently seeking a friendly and service oriented individual to greet and check in hotel guests at the front desk during the day/AM (7a-3p) and afternoon/PM shift (3-11 pm).
The front desk agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of their stay in order to meet Pyramid Global Hospitality's and Wyndham's brand quality standards.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be available to work weekends and be comfortable using technology, including property management systems and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Some front desk, reception or other comparable clerical experience preferred, hospitality experience a plus.
