Internship Qualifications: 

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university
• Appropriate major in related field to desired position
• Previous work experience
• Works well in a team environment 
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy in MSOffice (or other programs if the position demands it, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Can provide own transportation to and from Bay Cities

Requirements

Project Manager Intern

• Helps develop project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
• Assists the sales team with developing sales forecasts.
• Helps assure projects stay on track and meet established deadlines.
• Helps assess problem situations to identify causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
• Supports the development and management of time and action calendars, tracking details/data/information/activities (PIFS).
• Assists in developing solutions for project issues and effectively communicates solutions to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists in daily management of project schedules, Webcenter, and assigned project resources.
• Helps assess project situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and under general supervision, makes clear decisions which are timely and in the best interest of the organization. 
• Maintains strong communication lines with project manager, sales team, operations team, and or clients regarding all programs within team.
• Helps build and maintain relationships with sales force to understand and serve their needs.
• Helps coordinate processes to involve relevant members of client services, sales, marketing, design, operations and the sales team.
• Assist in driving target categories under Sales Executive by increasing revenue and market opportunities.
• Helps research matters relating to account assignments, Webcenter, forecasting and opportunities/quotes, booking transactions, and/or accounts receivables.
• Utilizes software tools such as Webcenter to effectively track projects internally
• Performs other duties as assigned.
