The Clinic:

We are a physician-owned practice, including joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center – a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, Wisconsin – offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our sites have clinical autonomy with financially sound practices.

The Job:
As a physician at BayCare Clinic, you are on track to become a partner within two years. Upon interviewing, you will sit with a member of our team to discuss your future opportunities here. The room for career growth is as much as you want it to be. As the clinic continues to grow, so do the opportunities. We offer CME allowance for you to continue your education. The clinic is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. You will be a part of 5 Neurosurgeons and 10 APP’s. Our clinic is located in a medical office building attached to a Level II trauma center. You will have a clinic staff team beside you to work through the day. Your impact will help not only the team but the company as a whole.
