This office provides best in class care to adult and senior clients throughout theSouth Shore.

Key Details: 

• Retention bonus available!
• Schedule: 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.
• Territory: Braintree, MA - Taunton, MA

Primary Responsibilities:

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
•  Visit our clients and conduct in home assessments.
•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
•  Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
•  Facilitate new hire orientation.
•  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of experience as an RN.
• Leadership experience required (i.e. Charge Nurse, Floor Nurse, Clinical Manager).
• Ambition to lead and educate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Strategic, creative mindset. 
• Strong time management skills.
