BAYADA Home Health is looking to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of a Registered Nurse Manager for one of our Hospice community service offices. If you are an RN with the following skills, this could be your dream job!
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of experience as an RN.
Prior Hospice experience is required.
Ambition to lead, educate, and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit our Hospice clients and conduct assessments.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise and educate staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation and assist with interviews.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Paid Weekly
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM schedule, no weekends!!
Mileage reimbursement.
