BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of a Shared RN/ Home Care RN for our Newton, MA home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Greater Boston. 

Key Details: 

• Location: Newton, MA.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 hour work week. 
• Mileage reimbursement for all field travel. 
• Patient facing opportunity. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Visit clients to conduct in home assessments. 
• Create care plans and oversee execution.
• Complete the care plan process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
• Supervise and educate HHA's in the field. 
• Account for internal case management and evaluation/ development of field staff.
• Assist with on boarding and training of new hires.
• Work both in the field and in the office.

Qualifications:

• 2 years as an RN. 
• BSN preferred, but not required. 
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated and successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
