BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Braintree, MA Assistive Care office. This office provides best in class care to adult and senior clients throughout theSouth Shore.
Key Details:
- Retention bonus available!
- Schedule: 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.
- Territory: Braintree, MA - Taunton, MA
- Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients and conduct in home assessments.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of experience as an RN.
- Leadership experience required (i.e. Charge Nurse, Floor Nurse, Clinical Manager).
- Ambition to lead and educate others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strategic, creative mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
