BAYADA Home Health Care is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Eastham, MA

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Home Health Clinical Manager for our Hyannis, MA office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout the Barnstable county. Key Details:
Office location: Hyannis, MA
Territory: Barnstable territory
Practice: Home Health
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Barnstable county. Supervise and educate a team of registered field nurses. Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Home health experience required.
Supervisory and/or relative leadership experience is required.
OASIS experience preferred. Knowledge of Homecare Homebase is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
