We have an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time Office Manager to oversee our Dorchester, MA Clinic

The Office Manager of the clinic will be responsible for maintaining a well run staff whose focus is to provide exceptional front desk administration assistance to Clinic Managers, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists as well as any incoming patients in person and by phone/fax/email; be proficient at all administrative tasks including but not limited to multi-phone answering, filing, scheduling, collecting copays, benefit and insurance authorization verification; work well with a team but can also be productive independently and maintain composure, a positive attitude and show empathy and concern when necessary.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing daily office operations include but not limited to:

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Medical and Financial Record Keeping
• Appointment / Patient Scheduling
• Insurance Verification
• Weekly Reporting
• Incoming and Outgoing Mail
• Enforcing that all Company policies and expectations are being met
• Hiring and Training of New Staff
