Job Summary
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and cleanliness of the building and providing RUI residents and staff a safe, healthy and pleasing environment in which to live and work. Directs, trains and supervises all housekeeping and maintenance staff and oversees contractors as applicable
Qualifications:
- Must possess CFC Certification.
- Must be a high school graduate and possess the ability to speak, read, write and follow written and oral directions.
- Must have a minimum of two-years of experience in maintenance in a commercial residential setting preferably within a hospital or nursing home.
