Bay Custom Auto is Hiring an ESTIMATOR Near CHESAPEAKE, VA
Bay Custom Auto is hiring a Collision Repair Estimator for a busy shop in Hampton Va. Experienced candidate preferred but we would train the right person that has experience in a shop, auto service center, truck center or customer service. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and others are available upon employment. Must be personable, dependable, and have a great desire to learn the process of a collision and heavy duty truck repair.
Some of the job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Writing estimates on cars, boats, large trucks, RV's, buses, jet skis, motorcycles, large equipment, and fleet vehicles
- Bus, Truck, and vehicle damage analysis
- Selling and closing estimates
- Addressing customer concerns
- Damage analysis
- Clerical work
- Quality control
