Lead Bartenders must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain excellent service standards. They must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Bartenders must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Club and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A High School diploma is preferred.
Preferred qualifications would include a minimum of 3 years bartending service in a club or hotel. Have superior member service skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
