Bay Area Molding & Door is a family run business based out of Fremont which specializes in interior and exterior doors, interior molding and trim work and windows. We are looking to immediately fill a full time Inside Sales position. This position will require a highly organized, outgoing and friendly individual with strong skills in both verbal and written communication. Some of the job elements will include:
- Face to face greeting of customers and working with them to determine their door, molding and window needs.
- Prepare written estimates based on a projects requirements as well as other aspects such as design using computer based software
- Answering and returning incoming calls, distributing messages and calls to appropriate staff
- Organizational duties such as scheduling deliveries/pick ups, checking details of sales confirmations and tracking orders
Qualifications and requirements:
- Physically be able to sit, stand and walk throughout office and shop. Lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Use of Microsoft word and excel (basic knowledge), QuickBooks and internet based software and design tools (training to be provided)
- Be able to multi-task in a high paced demanding environment of foot traffic and phone calls and maintain meticulous detail in your work
