Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Must have veterinary reception experience! Avimark experience is a plus!

We are seeking to hire a part-time client care coordinator who is compassionate and dependable. Experience is a must!
This position is part-time and the candidate must be able to work shifts during the hours of 7:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. as well as a couple of weekend shifts each month (1–2).
Job duties include, but not limited to: greeting each client who walks through the door with a smile, checking them in for appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, handling charts and medical records, the ability to be kind and reassuring in stressful situations, inputting patient charges into our Avimark software system, balancing end of day reports and deposits.
Candidate should be professional in appearance and attitude as well as having a strong desire to learn. We value teamwork and a positive approach to everything. Customer service is a priority and we strive to provide excellent care to all clients and patients.
