Bay Alarm Company is Hiring an Account Representative Near Ventura, CA

Pay Range: $50,000 Salary Bonuses

Position Summary: Work with existing customers to upgrade systems and offer general assistance for customers throughout the branch territory.

Job Duties:

  • Schedule and attend appointments for existing commercial accounts as needed to facilitate upgrades and signing of agreements.
  • Sell to existing customers for additional MSR services and work towards a set monthly goal.
  • Ability to write and process all account alterations additions, conversions, rate increases, upgrades and renewal agreements.
  • Meet with customer and review all pertinent information in order to answer any questions in a manner agreeable to the company and the customer.
  • All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years post-high school education preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Effective sales, customer service and communication skills required.
  • Superior organizational and follow up skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and to be resourceful and creative required.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.
